Start – Beach House Design and Development is currently remodeling a vintage Manhattan Beach Walk Street duplex.
In Motion – Foundation, steel, framing and rough plumbing, electrical and mechanical have been completed, and drywall, exterior stucco, interior stone and tile work and finish carpentry is underway.
