Start – Beach House Design and Development was retained to design and build this Manhattan Beach, sand section, walk street single-family residence.
Pencil to Paper – Open two-story foyer with a floating steel stairwell complements the 3-story entry glass curtain wall. Open expansive rooms are flooded with nature lighting glistening thru the exterior floor to ceiling window and door systems. Extensive use of hardwoods including reclaimed French oak, Walnut and Shou Sugi Ban Cypress.
In Motion – The team is working hard with the foundation, structural steel, and framing completed, while rough-in of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems underway.
