Todd joins us after a successful career with Hines in New York City, Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago, and Ridge Capital in Denver. With Ridge Capital, Todd served clients such as Mitsui Sumitomo Ltd., Munich Reinsurance, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Exclusive Resorts throughout the Americas as advisor during construction and operations for projects such as The Ritz-Carlton Toronto, the Four Seasons San Francisco and Millenium Tower in New York City among other projects totaling over $3.5 billion in project value and construction loans.
His engineering background, cloud computing prowess, financial expertise and luxury construction experience are brought to bear in helping our clients realize their dream home through a convenient and seamless cloud based project platform. An engineer by trade combined with his Masters in international banking and portfolio finance, Todd has also advised Exclusive Resorts in Mexico and UK/US based clients for residential and hotel projects in Costa Rica, Switzerland, Italy, Saudi Arabia and England.
With Beach House, Todd will be focusing his efforts on or cloud-based management system, business development, shell construction and project management oversight.
