Our clients communicate their goals in terms of their lifestyle and vision for the project, and we respond with ideas and sketches that reveal alternative design options illustrating the scale and relationship of the project components.
 
This phase develops your program. Alternative site plan options will be explored at this time. Schematic floor plans and elevations will be developed as we further explore conceptual ideas and turn them into form. We may also further refine the preliminary budget and estimate of probable construction costs at this time.
 
At the conclusion of this study, we will deliver the following:

Material studies
