Getting to Know Your Project

You retain our firm to research and analyze your site, space and environment to clearly understand the opportunities and constraints from both a zoning and construction perspective. We determine which jurisdiction that controls the permits, the property’s zoning, a rough idea of topography and

current development conditions on the site.  The completion of this takes allows you to fully understand your approach and strategy BEFORE you spend a great deal of time and money designing your project.

At the conclusion of this study, we will deliver the following:

• Feasibility Study – property profile, site plan, property development standards

• Massing plan

• Initial floor plan

• Preliminary budget

Time Frame:  Two  (2) – three (3) weeks
