The Finish Line

A set of scaled construction drawings and specifications are completed that document your vision. These construction documents are used to secure permits, obtain construction pricing and ultimately build the project.

Based on the approved design development documents, we will prepare the working drawings and

specifications for construction. These final  drawings encompass final architectural detailing and structural design. Also included are typical and standard architectural details. These drawings will be coordinated with all consultants and engineers.

At the conclusion of this study, we will deliver the following:

• Scaled construction document drawings

• Floor plans

• Exterior and interior elevations

• Foundation and framing plans

• Finish plans

• Complete call-outs and specifications

• Engineered drawings

Time Frame: Six  (6) – eight (8) weeks
